Well Figured i would make this a little simple and get everyone rolling so here you go, this is the basic outline I want everyone to use when making up a toon. Each player will start with 100 in money.

3 basic starting powers.
Power 1: Power 2: Power 3:
Items and clothing on person:
Ok all toon sheets are to be filled out and posted in the Toon sheet area and oked by a mod or myself thanks and enjoy.
